Karli McQueen is, by birthright, English; by citizenship, both. She is, by long habit, on a telephone, and (curiously) often in motion. The firm she founded in 2016 operates from five offices and, mostly, a single drawing room.

She started her first business in her early twenties, an importer of European motor cars to the United Kingdom. A tea company followed in the United States. Then a real-estate practice. Then this. The cumulative effect is a temperament suited to small rooms and long conversations.

She is involved with Save Our Youth, The Semper Fi Fund, Empowerment International, and Project CURE, for reasons that ought to be self-evident.
